The Burger Shack uses only the best British beef, which is cooked to perfection, topped with expertly matched cheese and bacon sourced from some of the best farms in the country. Don’t worry, we’re not all meat – 50% of our menu is plant-based, ensuring nobody misses out on the Burger Shack revolution.

This naughty burger returns for the Spring season! So you’ve harissa mayonnaise, pickled cucumber & fennel and watercress which is great, but this burger is all about the lamb – a Kentish lamb patty and Kentish lamb ragu! These milk-fed 🐑🐑 graze over the natural grasses in Kent which contains samphire whhich gives them a richer and sweet flavour. When you get your mouth around this you won’t be going back to any old regular lamb.

We believe in juicy patties, squidgy buns and messy sauce – just what you’ll get every time you bite into one of ours. We use only the finest beef to put between brioche that’s been specially baked for our burgers.
